Propsee is a Texas based start-up owned and managed by Ira Nicodemus. Having purchased his first home in 2012, Ira was looking for resources that not only told him how to maintain his home, but also guided him through the process and gave tools to plan and track tasks. Surprised that no such comprehensive resource existed, Ira formed Propsee to help other homeowners with similar needs. We’re continually growing and look forward to serving homeowners for years to come.
Ira’s professional background is in commercial real estate management, with a focus in energy & sustainability. He has extensive experience managing large portfolios of varied buildings, from retail locations to hospitals and data centers. He holds a BS in interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University (’08) and Masters in Business Administration from The University of North Texas (’14). Ira is also a LEED Green Associate and Certified Energy Manager. Outside of work, Ira is actively engaged in volunteer service at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX, building relationships with old and new friends, and constantly learning and growing in all areas.
